Alright I have been a slacker for over a year and I'm paying dearly for it. Rolls and flabs have taken permanent residence on me and I'm complete ready to do whatever it takes to get myself back in the gym. But first I have to get myself somewhat ready. So I have been flipping through my old Health Magazine Subscription to get inspired and saw something that caught my eyes " Look totally toned in just four weeks" Hmmmm I thought that seems doable and I don't' have to go outside my home to get started. So today is the beginning of my attempt to really get at it. The routine seems simple and claims that celebrities like Madonna and Demi Moore have done these "muscle firming moves" So with that in mind I'm going to try it.
