Please join Luminocity Atlanta at Dean Gardens for the final farewell to an iconic residence. On Friday, August 20, Luminocity Atlanta will host a gala complete with light displays, aerial dance and live performances by gloATL. Additionally, all items in the home will be available for purchase on Friday or during the day on Saturday. Discounted tickets are also available for Saturday’s sale only.
Built by entrepreneur Larry Dean in 1992, the 32,000 square foot Johns Creek home was recently sold and will be deconstructed shortly after the event. The estate has provided a luxurious location for numerous charity events and parties as well as remained a subject of speculation and mystique. This event will provide an opportunity to say goodbye and lay speculation to rest while gaining a first look and opportunity to own a piece of this neo‐classical mansion. For more on the property, please visit http://www.deangardens.com/ and to see Dean Gardens featured on Joan Rivers's "How'd You Get So Rich?” visit http://tiny.cc/deangardens.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Luminocity Atlanta, a 360 degree performance art and music light parade that is slated to premiere in Atlanta, November 26, 2010. Larry Dean chose to support Luminocity through this sale as a way to give back to Atlanta and the civic mission that Luminocity represents. To learn more, please visit www.luminocityatlanta.com
The event is sponsored by Ketel One and A Printers Ink. Catering provided by A Legendary Event.
Tickets are $100 per person for Friday’s gala and Saturday’s continued sale or $50 for Saturday’s sale only.
